A support-ticket archive is being handed to an ML team to train an issue-routing classifier. It contains customer identifiers, free-text conversations and fields that control whether a record may be used for training.
Review the proposed export and handoff against the exercise's explicit rules for access, location, deletion and traceability. Explain how a problem in the handoff could persist into training data or derived copies, and identify the correction needed before training starts.
